◆About ordered products
As we share inventory with physical stores, there may be instances where products sold at physical stores that are out of stock become available for purchase on the online store due to the time lag in the inventory being reflected.

If our fraud detection system determines that there is a high risk of fraudulent credit card use, we may cancel your order without prior notice.

Normally sold items will be shipped within 5 business days of your order. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays)

[Overseas shipping]
We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. For international deliveries, delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures, air transportation conditions, local delivery company circumstances, weather, strikes, international circumstances, etc.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by these. Additionally, if delivery is not possible due to an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery charges.
◆About shipping charges
Within Japan: A flat rate of 600 yen (tax included) per shipping address nationwide. (Excluding Okinawa prefecture)
Shipping to Okinawa Prefecture will be 2,100 yen (tax included).
If the item is returned to the sender due to long-term absence, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for reshipping. Shipping charges will be calculated on the payment method selection screen.
International shipping: The displayed price includes shipping charges, customs duty, import consumption tax, and customs fees, and there are usually no additional costs when receiving the product.
*Due to customs clearance conditions in each country, additional costs may be incurred in exceptional cases.
◆About shipping overseas
We accept direct shipments using the international courier service UGX (Yu Global Express) provided by Japan Post.
The countries that can be delivered to are based on the countries supported by Japan Post UGX, so it may not be possible to deliver to some areas.
◆About the delivery company
Within Japan: Delivered by Sagawa Express.
Overseas shipping: We will ship using Japan Post's international shipping service (UGX). Once it arrives locally, it may be handed over to the delivery company in each country.
*We cannot accept changes to the delivery company.
◆About customs duties
As a general rule, we will pay customs duties, import consumption taxes, and customs fees for overseas shipments.
◆About incorrect delivery address
If the shipping address you entered at the time of ordering is incorrect or missing (omission of street address, building name, room number, etc.), the shipping company will not be able to deliver the item and the item will be returned to our warehouse after the storage period has passed.
In that case, we will process the return/refund.
Please note that we do not accept re-shipping.
When placing your order, please double check that the shipping address is correct.
◆Long-term absence baggage
If you are not present at the time of delivery within Japan, Sagawa Express will mail you an "absentee delivery slip."
If delivery is not completed approximately one week after posting the absentee delivery slip, the product will be returned to our warehouse or disposed of on-site.
*Refunds will only apply to the product price (including consumption tax), and round-trip shipping and miscellaneous expenses will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept re-shipping of the product.
We are not responsible for resending or refunding any lost or stolen items (including misplaced items) after the tracking system indicates that the item has been delivered.
