About product sales
◆Product delivery time
Items will be shipped within 5 business days from the completion of your order, depending on the delivery area and time of order. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays)
There may be delays when ordering inventory, during busy periods, or during holidays such as Obon and New Year holidays at the shipping warehouse.

◆About cancellation
You can cancel your order before the product is shipped.

◆About ordered products
As we share inventory with physical stores, there may be instances where products sold at physical stores that are out of stock become available for purchase on the online store due to the time lag in the inventory being reflected.
In that case, please note that we will contact you to that effect later.
If our fraud detection system determines that there is a high risk of fraud, we may cancel your order without prior notice.
◆Order expiration date
Your order will be valid for 7 days after we receive it.
If payment is not completed within 8 days of placing your order, your order will be invalidated.
◆About returns and exchanges
Items purchased at our store may be returned within 7 days of delivery, regardless of whether the item is defective or not.・Exchange is possible.
For deliveries outside Japan (overseas orders), we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer circumstances (wrong size, wrong image, wrong order, refusal to pay customs duties, etc.), except for product defects or incorrect delivery.
When you receive your ordered product, please be sure to check that there are no scratches or defects on the product and that there are no errors in your order within 7 days.
If the delivered product has scratches or defects, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange it for the same product, return it, or issue a refund.

Items that have been delivered within one week, can only be tried on at home, have a delivery note, and have the product tags intact.

- If the returned item is paid for by the customer and is sent back with cash on delivery, we will deduct the cash on delivery fee from your refund.
- If a product shipped overseas is returned to Japan due to refusal of receipt or long-term absence, our company is not obligated to refund the product price or shipping fee, and may claim the actual cost of returning the product.
- Please keep a copy of the delivery slip for yourself until the refund is completed.
- Although we do not specify a delivery company, we will not be able to provide a refund if the item is lost or damaged using unguaranteed delivery methods such as non-standard mail or email delivery.
◆About refund method when returning goods
Once we have confirmed the returned item, we will proceed with the refund arrangement.
Refunds apply only to the product price (including consumption tax).
In the case of local currency payments through Shopify Payments etc., refunds will be applied at the exchange rate "at the time of refund processing". We are not responsible for the difference in price (exchange loss) from the time of purchase.

◆Defective products/If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered
If there is a problem with the delivered item, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the item.
