About shipping charges
Within Japan: A flat rate of 600 yen (tax included) per shipping address nationwide. (Excluding Okinawa prefecture)
Shipping to Okinawa Prefecture will be 2,100 yen (tax included).
Overseas shipping: The displayed price includes overseas shipping charges, customs duties, import consumption taxes, and customs fees, and there are usually no additional costs incurred when receiving the product.
About shipping methods
Within Japan: Delivered by Sagawa Express.
Overseas shipping: Delivered via UGX (Yu Global Express). Once it arrives locally, it may be handed over to the delivery company in each country. *This item is limited to countries where UGX (Yu Global Express) can deliver, so it may not be possible to deliver to some countries/regions.
We cannot accept changes to the delivery company.
◆About shipping the product
Normally sold items will be shipped within 5 business days of your order. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays)
When the product arrives, please check to make sure it is the product you ordered.
If 8 days or more have passed since delivery, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
In the case of back-ordered items, shipping may not be completed within 5 business days.
In that case, please note that we will contact you to that effect later.
*If you receive multiple orders that include back-ordered items, we will ship them as soon as all of the items, including the back-ordered items, are available.
We cannot ship items that are not ordered first.
◆About the designated delivery date
[Shipping within Japan]
You can specify a delivery date as early as 7 business days from the date of your order.
If you specify a delivery date on the cart screen and your order is placed after the next day, please specify the delivery date again.
If you would like the item to be delivered as soon as possible, please select "No Specification" for the desired delivery date and delivery time.
*Even if you specify a delivery date and time, delivery may be delayed due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and the delivery company's shipping status on the day.
*If you purchase a made-to-order item, there is a possibility that the item will not be delivered in time for the specified date. Thank you for your understanding.

[Overseas shipping]
We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. Delivery time may vary depending on international circumstances, weather, and customs procedures in the destination country.
The estimated delivery time after shipping varies depending on the region.
Asia: Approximately 3-7 business days
North America: Approximately 5-10 business days
Europe: about 5-12 business days
Other areas: about 7-14 business days

◆About incorrect delivery address
If the shipping address you entered at the time of ordering is incorrect or missing (omission of street address, building name, room number, etc.), the shipping company will not be able to deliver the item and the item will be returned to our warehouse after the storage period has passed.
In that case, we will process the return/refund.
Please note that we do not accept re-shipping.

◆About damage during shipping, etc.
When packing, we take great care to avoid scratches or dents on the outer box before shipping, but there is a possibility that damage may occur during transportation after it is handed over to the delivery company or due to the delivery company's responsibility.
Please forgive any scratches or dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the product.

For overseas shipments, we will not be responsible for resending or refunding any lost or stolen items (theft due to leftover delivery, removal from shared mailboxes, etc.) after the delivery company's tracking system indicates that the package has been delivered.
In addition, delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures, air transportation conditions, local delivery company circumstances, weather, strikes, international circumstances, etc.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to these reasons.
◆About customs duties and import taxes
As a general rule, we will pay customs duties, import consumption taxes, and customs fees for overseas shipments.
Therefore, there are usually no additional costs incurred when receiving the item. However, additional costs may be incurred due to customs regulations and exceptional circumstances in each country.
If you decline to receive the item due to refusal to pay customs duties, or if the item is confiscated or disposed of due to local regulations, we will not be obligated to refund the item price or shipping fee.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, Sagawa Express will mail you an "absentee delivery slip."
If delivery is not completed approximately one week after posting the absentee delivery note, the product will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

Please note that we cannot accept re-shipping of the product. If there are any costs associated with returning the item (customs duties, return shipping fees, etc.), the actual costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that if the customer repeatedly refuses to receive the item or returns the item due to long-term absence, we may restrict payment methods or refuse future orders.
◆Package refused
If we confirm that you have refused to receive the item after it has been shipped, we may charge you for round-trip shipping and handling fees.
