Craft beer project ``EARTH WHISPER'' is a collaboration between agricultural support partner BONCHI and Chigasaki craft beer maker Barbaric WORKS.
One of the issues that farmers have learned through agricultural support activities is the issue of ``spring'' fruit.
Even though they are delicious and edible, there are many fruits that are not commercially available for various reasons such as appearance and size.
We want to deliver that deliciousness in a different form and connect it to the next value.
This project was born from that feeling.
The fourth edition is "Golden Peach IPA", which uses golden peaches with a rich aroma and firm sweetness.
We bring out the flavor and sweetness from malt and add three types of hops: Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Idaho7.
Add in each carefully cut golden peach.
It was completed using the blessings of nature and the handiwork of humans.
A gorgeous aroma reminiscent of peach, white grapes and lychee.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sour taste of golden peach spreads, and the aftertaste is refreshing and light.
A fruity and easy-drinking IPA that harmonizes the rich flavor of fruit with the brightness of hops.
The fruits encountered through agricultural support activities are passed from producers to brewers, and then, in the form of a glass of beer, to a drinker.
“Golden Peach IPA” is available on tap for a limited time at “Gold’n BuB” in Chigasaki and “Bar Pancho” in Tsujido.
