The land, which has not been touched for a long time, is overgrown with grass and the soil is uneven, so we gradually return it to its original state by mowing the grass.
We have also started a new rice cultivation project in collaboration with BONCHI.
The foundation for the rice field was prepared from scratch, and along with the construction of waterways to ensure a stable supply of water, the construction of the foundations was also carried out.
We dug up the soil in the trench and carefully buried a water stop sheet to prevent water from escaping.
This process is an important one that greatly affects water retention and rice growth.
In addition, we also pulled the buds of peach blossoms.
We prune the plants so that they can be harvested this summer, and by focusing on the flowers that grow upwards, we prevent the dispersion of nutrients and ensure that nutrients are properly distributed to the fruit.
It is a delicate process that requires careful attention to balance, as too much will affect the yield.
