"Strawberry Saison" was born as the third product.
This work focuses on "hanedashi strawberries" that are not available on the market.
This time, we used ``Benihoppe'' and aimed to bring out the potential of the material in a new way.
Based on a simple saison, we add plenty of strawberries and balsamic vinegar as a secret ingredient, so when you take a sip, you'll be greeted with a gorgeous aroma that will make you feel like you've been on a strawberry picking trip.
The sweetness is modest, but it has a gentle sourness and just the right amount of richness.
A slight caramelic nuance and a light, dry taste derived from yeast combine to create a deep flavor.
We will not waste the blessings of nature and connect them to the next value.
This cup is filled with such thoughts.
For a limited time, draft beer is available at “Gold’n BuB” in Chigasaki and “Bar Pancho” in Tsujido.
